Directs the Career Development and Student Services department at an on-site Job Corps center. Oversees career preparation, counseling, employment placement, outreach, staff hiring and supervision, performance tracking, compliance, audits, budgets, student retention, and corrective action plans. Builds employer and community partnerships, monitors service quality, leads staff meetings, and ensures adherence to Department of Labor, PRH, and organizational requirements.

Directs career technical training programs, supervises instructors and work-based learning staff, ensures compliance with DOL and Job Corps standards, manages curriculum, budgets, records, audits, and performance data, and supports student credential attainment, employment placement, and career readiness. The role also evaluates personnel, coordinates staffing and scheduling, promotes workplace learning, and collaborates with academic and career transition teams.

Provide 24/7 on-call safety and security services for the Center including patrols, incident investigations, access control, safety/fire prevention, cadet training coordination, reporting, and assisting staff, students, and visitors. Maintain equipment, enforce policies, and support student accountability and center-wide safety programs.
