Provide Tier 2 network operations support: implement VLAN/ACL/port changes, perform IOS upgrades and firmware updates, configure Cisco/Juniper routers and switches, manage tickets, perform root cause analysis, draft SOPs, implement STIGs, support site deployments and cryptographic KG-175 TACLANE operations, and collaborate with NOC and engineering teams.

Learn FMV tradecraft through formal and on-the-job training; exploit Full Motion Video and NTM imagery; produce imagery-derived products and reports; compile intelligence for briefings; input accurate data; apply all-source information; maintain FMV qualifications and work rotating shifts during high-tempo operations.

Provide Tier 2 network operations support: perform routing and switching configuration and upgrades, resolve incidents, provision routers/switches and cryptographic devices, draft SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, support implementations and STIG security implementations, and coordinate with NOC and engineering teams.
