Teams at The Biltmore Hotel

Protects the hotel, guests, employees, and property through security patrols, surveillance and locking systems, incident response, loss-prevention activities, and communication with hotel leadership. Maintains confidentiality, documents incidents, supports guest service, and follows safety and operating procedures. Requires flexibility for varying schedules, physical mobility, vehicle operation, and calm decision-making in potentially dangerous situations.

Supervise hotel security staff, coordinate patrols and incident response, liaise with law enforcement, maintain emergency procedures, conduct training and performance reviews, manage security systems and loss-prevention processes, and uphold departmental policies and budgetary responsibilities.

Perform overnight housekeeping support: clean hallways, landings, stairwells and service areas; assist room attendants with stripping rooms, linen handling, stocking carts, delivering supplies, trash removal, and basic equipment checks. Report maintenance issues, follow hotel procedures and safety rules, work variable shifts, and maintain professional appearance and guest-focused service standards.
