Manages spa sales, guest service operations, and Spa Concierge and Attendant teams. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, scheduling, payroll oversight, inventory control, resolving guest concerns, maintaining facility standards, developing group business, coordinating spa bookings, presenting the spa to meeting planners, and maximizing departmental revenue in coordination with the Spa Director.
