Perform overnight housekeeping support: clean hallways, landings, stairwells and service areas; assist room attendants with stripping rooms, linen handling, stocking carts, delivering supplies, trash removal, and basic equipment checks. Report maintenance issues, follow hotel procedures and safety rules, work variable shifts, and maintain professional appearance and guest-focused service standards.

Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations at a hotel, ensuring service standards, staff training, scheduling, inventory control, ordering, cleanliness, and compliance with BSOP. Conduct monthly inventories, handle employee relations and documentation, use Refine to update prices, and maintain guest satisfaction.
