Assist daily retail store operations including selling merchandise, servicing customers, using POS for transactions and inventory, opening/closing the store, safeguarding inventory, participating in merchandising and store meetings, and supporting managers when absent.

Provide administrative support to the Head of Brand and corporate headquarters operations: calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, invoice and AP processing, facilities and office supply management, HR onboarding support, event and retail logistics, and special projects. Serve as liaison with vendors and travel services while maintaining professional office environment.

Support daily retail operations by delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, managing POS transactions, safeguarding inventory, merchandising, performing cycle counts, and opening/closing the store in managers' absence.
