Supports the apparel Design team through seasonal collection development, including CADs, sketches, line sheets, construction details, tech pack materials, bills of materials, sample organization, presentations, and design reviews. Collaborates cross-functionally, maintains design files and development materials, and assists designers with daily creative projects. The internship offers hands-on exposure to apparel design and product development from concept through final development.

Assists with daily retail store operations, including merchandise sales, customer service, product recommendations, POS transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, merchandising suggestions, store opening and closing, asset protection, cycle counts, and achievement of sales and service goals. Provides leadership and problem-solving support in the absence of store management while maintaining company policies and brand standards.

Lead creative development and seasonal design for assigned product categories from concept through production. Drive category strategy, manage seasonal calendars, mentor designers, lead fit sessions and reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally (Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales) to deliver on-time, high-quality, commercially successful assortments that align with brand standards and business objectives.
