Serve as the welcoming front-office representative for the Upper School, managing visitor check-in, phone and voicemail, attendance tracking, mail and supply ordering, office equipment, event support, emergency readiness, and administrative tasks to support students, families, and staff.

Provide instructional and logistical support to lower school teachers, supervise recess and cafeteria, maintain classroom materials and workroom, report student behavior, and model the school's mission. Maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and hold required CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days.

Provide instructional and logistical support to middle school teachers, supervise recess and cafeteria, assist with grading and classroom tasks, maintain workroom and student confidentiality, enter lunch data, enforce conduct policies, attend meetings, and perform physical duties including lifting and playground supervision.
