Supports construction project managers with document gathering, submittal tracking, site condition documentation, change order support, billing data, closeout records, and coordination of project information. Participates in site visits to learn field operations, quality standards, compliance workflows, and subcontractor coordination. Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, or relevant experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn B2W and ViewPoint.

Manages low-to-moderate complexity site construction projects from kickoff through closeout. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, cost reporting, billing, change orders, submittals, RFIs, permits, safety and regulatory compliance, quality coordination, client communication, subcontractor and vendor management, site visits, invoicing, and project closeout. The role independently leads daily execution while escalating high-risk issues and major disputes.
