Handles title insurance settlement and escrow closings by preparing escrow requirements and closing documents, clearing title requirements, communicating with borrowers, sellers, lenders, and agents, and depositing and disbursing closing funds. The role also supports construction disbursements and business development through community and Chamber events.

Greets and assists customers, answers and directs calls, manages office supplies and errands, organizes documents, processes title orders, gathers preliminary information, supports closings and notarization, and images post-closing files. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, strong communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Underwrite and monitor Low-Income Housing Tax Credit construction and equity financing transactions. Analyze financial statements, sources and uses, draws, covenants, construction progress, portfolio risk, and regulatory changes. Prepare credit proposals, committee presentations, and portfolio monitoring reports; communicate with clients, loan officers, credit officers, and committees. Support due diligence, compliance, process improvements, and loan servicing coordination while ensuring deadlines and documentation requirements are met.
