Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle monetary transactions accurately, protect confidential information, recommend bank products, balance cash drawers, resolve customer issues, and participate in team collaboration and required training.

Supports daily Deposit Operations through lockbox processing, debit card inventory fulfillment, mobile wallet notifications, return mail management, statement imaging, documentation, verification, and routine issue resolution. Follows confidentiality, dual-control, security, and internal-control procedures; learns banking systems and regulatory requirements; participates in cross-training, testing, and departmental initiatives. Requires accuracy, organization, basic mathematics, computer proficiency, and the ability to meet processing deadlines.

Serves bank customers by handling deposits, account openings, maintenance, closings, and daily financial transactions. Builds and maintains customer relationships, understands financial needs, recommends appropriate products and services, supports business development, protects confidential information, follows banking regulations and procedures, collaborates with colleagues, and completes required training.
