Manages residential community operations, leasing, sales, marketing, budgeting, revenue, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and on-site staff. Develops strategies to maximize occupancy and net operating income, oversees rent collection and financial reporting, trains employees, manages vendors, ensures safety and compliance, and handles resident concerns. Requires property management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and availability for on-call work and occasional travel.

Assists the Community Manager with residential property operations, including leasing, resident move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, resident account maintenance, legal notices, eviction paperwork, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and customer service. Maintains accurate records in OneSite, supports occupancy and rental-income goals, handles complaints, participates in resident activities, and assists with budgets, invoices, and month-end processes.
