Leads core accounting operations, financial close governance, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, accounting policies, internal controls, audit support, and continuous process improvement. Reviews complex accounting issues, coordinates activities across accounting centers of excellence, manages stakeholder relationships, and leads accounting teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.

Manages supplier contracts supporting construction, renovation, and plant operations. Responsibilities include contract development, negotiation, pricing and cost analysis, competitive sourcing, RFPs, vendor relationship management, compliance monitoring, contract documentation, and process improvement. Partners with procurement, development teams, members, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize purchasing terms, expand vendor participation, and support project financial objectives.

Procurement interns support vendor research, selection, relationship management, purchase order and invoice tracking, pricing analysis, cost-savings initiatives, dashboards, business cases, and special projects. The role includes collaboration with leadership, continuous improvement, professional development, mentorship, and presenting project outcomes to senior leadership at the end of the 12-week program.
