Consultative health and life insurance sales role using company-provided warm leads and in-house appointment setters. Agents set/manage their own hours, receive training and support, work 100% commission (1099) with pathway to W-2, meet clients in person, and must obtain a Life & Health license. Requires strong people skills, self-motivation, and reliable transportation.

Consultative outside sales role selling life, health, and fixed-index annuities using provided leads and appointment setters. Agents receive thorough training, ongoing support, and manage their own schedules.
