Support BSP's program operations, maintain Airtable CRM and data quality, manage event logistics and materials, process invoices and vendor payments, coordinate travel and participant communications, and assist with internal systems and team workflows to ensure smooth program delivery and convenings.

Provide budgeting, grant accounting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ad-hoc analyses for assigned programs. Maintain grant and budget data in Planful/NetSuite, prepare funder reports, support audits, process journals, and collaborate with program staff to ensure funding compliance and accurate forecasts.

The Social Media Intern will support content creation and social media strategy, engage with the community online, track metrics, and assist in various operational tasks to further the Academy's public profile.
