Manage financial support for a portfolio of programs, oversee at least one analyst, handle grant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Ensure funder compliance, prepare reports for senior management and audits, and support program staff in financial systems and processes.

Provide executive and program coordination support for Aspen Digitals Cybersecurity Program: manage calendars, prepare briefings, coordinate meetings and travel, maintain communications and CRM records, process payments and expenses, support events and logistics, track program metrics, and implement operational improvements across teams.

Serve as the strategic and operational lead for the Philosophy & Society program, managing staff, budgets, grants, events, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives. Drive program strategy execution, build operational systems, oversee fundraising and donor stewardship, and ensure alignment between intellectual priorities and organizational capacity.
