Develops and manages research-based curricula, learning sessions, case studies, facilitation materials, and practical tools for higher education leaders. Translates complex data into actionable content, analyzes participant feedback, coordinates quality reviews, and manages concurrent deliverables, schedules, stakeholders, and vendors. The role requires instructional design expertise, adult learning knowledge, strong communication, project management, and familiarity with higher education leadership, transfer, or workforce development.

Leads Aspen’s national and state-based higher education transfer initiatives, including institutional reform, technical assistance, executive convenings, stakeholder partnerships, grant reporting, budgets, and staff management. Develops tools using student outcome data, oversees complex multi-institution projects, supports fundraising, and collaborates with senior leaders to improve transfer pathways, degree completion, workforce alignment, and economic mobility.

Manages Aspen Digital communications and marketing projects, including email campaigns, website content and maintenance, website design improvements, event marketing materials, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communications. Develops copy, segments email lists, tests content, tracks performance analytics, supports campaign strategy, and monitors website and email KPIs. The role requires strong copywriting, SEO, web accessibility, Marketing Cloud skills, project management, and cross-team coordination.
