Responsibilities include developing communications materials, coordinating the Safety Net Response Network, tracking cross-project execution, supporting government convenings, synthesizing insights, and representing the organization at public events. The role requires strong project management, relationship-building, communications, and public benefits expertise, with up to 20% domestic travel.

Develops and executes year-round social media strategy for Aspen Ideas and public programs. Creates platform-optimized video, graphics, photography, and copy; manages editorial calendars, websites, community engagement, paid campaigns, partners, contractors, and live-event content. Tracks performance, conducts social listening, monitors trends, and uses analytics to refine content and audience growth. Requires strong storytelling, design, video editing, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Supports cybersecurity policy programs and high-level convenings by coordinating agendas, speakers, meetings, events, stakeholder communications, briefing materials, membership relationships, and program tracking. The role manages event logistics, speaker engagement, follow-up, operational improvements, and sensitive information while coordinating multiple domestic and global cybersecurity initiatives.
