The Social Media Intern will support content creation and social media strategy, engage with the community online, track metrics, and assist in various operational tasks to further the Academy's public profile.

Coordinate and execute in-person, digital, and hybrid events for Aspen FSP. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, registration, speaker prep, on-site/platform operations, and attendee accommodations. Create project plans, track milestones, lead planning meetings, produce event materials, ensure brand consistency, perform post-event reconciliations, and support internal meetings. Occasional evening/weekend events and limited travel required.

Produce short-form, video-first content for social, web, and email: shoot events and interviews, edit long-form conversations into social clips, create graphics and captions, publish and optimize content across channels, manage video assets, and collaborate on digital editorial strategy informed by analytics.
