Own the institution’s accounting function, including monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, GAAP financial statements, internal controls, audits, student billing, cash flow, AP/AR, payroll accounting, tax filings, and compliance. Lead and develop the accounting team, improve financial processes and reporting, oversee accounting systems, and partner with the CFO on financial strategy.

Own a full product area end to end, setting strategy, priorities, success metrics, and measurable outcomes. Lead educator discovery, resolve product tradeoffs, define epics and user stories, partner closely with engineering and design, align stakeholders, and drive experimentation using data and AI-assisted analysis. The role requires at least five years owning products or product areas, with education or mission-driven experience preferred.

Presenters will share innovative ideas in art education during an online conference, requiring a 10-minute presentation and resource for attendees.
