Builds relationships with candidates and hiring managers in English and Spanish, maintains ATS records, attends recruiting events, supports diversity initiatives, and provides a positive candidate experience.

Own multi-brand digital marketing strategy, including social media, website management, SEO, online reputation, digital advertising, analytics, and reporting. Develop campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads; manage budgets and optimize ROI. Partner with leadership to align marketing with business goals, strengthen brand reputation, grow engagement, and drive revenue.
