Oversee daily operations of an arts program serving participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervise 8–10 staff, coordinate participant plans and stakeholder meetings, manage recruitment, budgets, sales, reporting, facilities, vendors, compliance, and a vehicle fleet. Build community partnerships that create exhibition and sales opportunities while ensuring high-quality services and progress toward participant goals.
