Manages the organization’s training department, including staff development programs, new-hire orientation, compliance training, professional development, and instructor coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining training calendars, records, certifications, and compliance reports; monitoring online course completion; facilitating training; supervising a Staff Development Specialist; coordinating medication technician renewals; and ensuring programs meet agency, DDA, COMAR, and employee requirements.
