Leads the organization’s fundraising and resource development strategy, including individual, corporate, foundation, and government giving. Oversees grant writing, donor cultivation and stewardship, fundraising events, communications, donor data systems, board committee development, in-kind donations, and volunteers. Builds relationships with stakeholders and manages a donor portfolio while collaborating with executive leadership, consultants, staff, board members, and community partners to increase philanthropic revenue.
