The Chief Strategy & Integration Officer partners with the CEO and executive team to lead enterprise strategy, organizational integration, strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, innovation, change management, and continuous improvement. The role develops performance dashboards, synthesizes organizational data, supports board governance, coordinates cross-functional execution, evaluates partnerships and acquisitions, and strengthens organizational capacity. It requires executive leadership across complex nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services environments, with frequent regional and statewide travel.
