Lead strategic direction, development, evaluation, and coordination of all programs serving individuals with disabilities. Oversee program staff, budgets, compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, partnerships, quality improvement, and integration with executive leadership and organizational strategy.

Supervise residential house operations and staff for adults with developmental disabilities: hire, train, coach, schedule, ensure compliance with care plans/medication, conduct inspections, coordinate services, attend incidents and medical appointments, and maintain documentation and communication with program leadership.

Provide executive leadership and oversight of behavioral, nursing, and mental health services; ensure person-centered, evidence-based care, regulatory compliance (DDA, COMAR, Medicaid, CMS), quality improvement, budgeting, and clinical team development. Represent the organization externally and align clinical strategy with organizational goals.
