Own the full HR function, including end-to-end hiring for specialist and leadership roles, talent retention, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, performance cycles, compensation planning, culture initiatives, and employee grievance resolution. Build scalable people systems, maintain documentation, strengthen employer branding, and partner closely with leadership in a fast-growing, distributed organization.

Create three Hindi Science homework videos weekly for Grades 6–8. Responsibilities include understanding activity briefs, writing simple English and Hindi scripts, producing and editing engaging educational videos, explaining concepts and activity steps clearly, adding visuals and animations, aligning content with learning objectives, incorporating feedback, and submitting final videos, scripts, and editable source files.

Lead development of production-grade web and mobile applications using Flutter, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Own architecture, backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, testing, CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, security, and production support. Lead and mentor a distributed team of 4–7 engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage releases to web and mobile stores, and ensure reliable, scalable, performant applications.
