Translate merchandising strategy into cohesive product lines, oversee design teams, manage front-end calendar milestones, ensure alignment with merchandising and product development, drive graphic innovation, present to internal and external stakeholders, and build organizational capability to support growth while meeting commercial and licensing requirements.

Lead creative direction and execution of seasonal women's licensed sports apparel collections from concept through production. Translate trends and consumer insights into commercially successful designs, create tech packs and specifications, review samples, collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Graphics, Licensing and Sales, mentor junior designers, and ensure brand consistency, quality, fit, and margin goals are met.
