Oversee administrative, hospitality, travel, workplace, and facility operations across multiple company facilities. Responsibilities include guest reception and tours, event and travel coordination, vendor and cleaning crew management, supplies and equipment tracking, maintenance coordination, access credential monitoring, executive assistance, calendar management, and corporate service administration. The role is fully in person in Austin, Texas.

Leads corporate finance across operations, manufacturing, and real estate development. Owns financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity, capital allocation, project underwriting, reporting, accounting oversight, and financing support. Partners with executive leadership, capital markets, investors, lenders, manufacturing, construction, and real estate teams. Builds the finance function, strengthens controls and processes, and translates financial analysis into operating decisions and measurable business results.

Build and own full-stack product workflows for an internal MES/ERP platform supporting manufacturing, supply chain, real estate, design, and operations. Partner directly with business operators to identify problems, design solutions, and deliver reliable software end to end. Develop polished interfaces, backend services, database models, and APIs while improving operational speed, quality, traceability, and decision-making.
