The Project Architect will lead project execution, permitting, and coordination of architectural documentation for prefabricated housing. Responsibilities include site planning, stakeholder coordination, construction support, and providing product feedback while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Lead BIM and design automation for a prefabricated residential product platform. Build and maintain a rules-based BIM library, automate BOM and drawing production, coordinate architecture, structural, MEP, manufacturing, and field teams, and ensure permit-ready documentation through productization and staged validation.

Design and manage the production of components for multifamily housing using CAD, ensuring certifications and high-quality output while collaborating with teams.
