Lead ideation, strategy, and production of video-first content for social channels. Manage end-to-end content creation (scripting, filming, editing), freelance crews, asset library, distribution, and performance tracking. Host on-camera and direct larger productions while aligning creative work with brand objectives.

Lead the architectural design of a residential rowhome catalogue from concept through construction, curate finishes and fixtures, coordinate with product engineering and supply chain, direct visualizations, value-engineer designs, and oversee construction iterations.
