The Assistant Director of Finance manages school accounting operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, month-end close, audits, tuition billing, accounts payable, payroll, investments, budgeting, tax reporting, and compliance. The role supervises business office staff, supports financial analysis and forecasting, coordinates with advancement and accounting partners, and maintains accurate financial records and procedures.
