Lead two squads of junior and intermediate developers while building and delivering React-based solutions. Translate requirements into technical designs, participate in architecture decisions, refactor legacy code, promote testing and maintainable practices, and coordinate with backend, infrastructure, automation, and QA teams. The role includes mentoring, stakeholder alignment, agile ceremonies, and ensuring successful feature delivery in a fully remote environment.

Design, build, and operate cloud architectures and highly available production systems. Own CI pipelines (Java, Maven, Node.js), manage CD tooling, implement monitoring/alerting, codify infrastructure as code, manage networks and security operations, and design WAF rules for Cisco/Barracuda.

Investigate marketing tracking discrepancies, trace and fix end-to-end data pipelines (especially GA4/Salesforce and gclid issues), improve revenue attribution and reporting, and partner with marketing, engineering, and sales to implement reliable tracking and reporting solutions.

Lead and scale marketing across consultancy and product studio: define positioning, run digital/social/content campaigns, implement lead-gen systems, manage internal and external teams, integrate AI and martech, track KPIs and ROI, and evolve brand voice and messaging.
