Senior Lettings Negotiator responsible for winning new lettings instructions, conducting valuations and property viewings, negotiating tenancies, advising landlords, ensuring compliance, achieving targets, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior negotiators. The role requires lettings experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of relevant legislation, a target-driven approach, and a full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Manage residential lettings performance by winning new instructions, conducting valuations and viewings, negotiating tenancies, advising landlords, ensuring compliance, meeting targets, maintaining CRM records, and supporting junior negotiators. The role also involves building relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifies prospective tenants, identifies rental needs, conducts property viewings, supports landlords with marketing advice, negotiates tenancies, and assists tenants through move-in. The role requires strong customer service, sales, negotiation, telephone, relationship-building, and business referral skills. Candidates should have residential lettings experience and a proven record of securing new business. The position offers training, commission, career progression, and development toward a Senior Negotiator role.
