Partner with school leaders to strengthen equitable, standards-aligned literacy instruction through coaching, data-driven improvement planning, professional learning facilitation, and systemic change. Provide frequent in-person support across the School District of Philadelphia, develop coaching tools and strategy, and contribute to ANet initiatives to advance instructional coherence and student outcomes. Fixed-term, part-time (20–30 hrs/week).

Lead and scale a national sales function responsible for a team of Directors. Own national quota, forecast and manage pipeline, coach and develop territory leaders, recruit and retain sales talent, align cross-functionally, represent ANet at events, and translate market intelligence into strategy to expand K-12 partnerships.
