Supports HR and People operations, including colleague queries, BambooHR records, recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, HR policies, benefits, events, inductions, and compliance checks. The role also coordinates communications, supports health and safety requirements, and assists with operational activities. It requires prior HR administration experience, BambooHR proficiency, strong organisation and communication skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and effective use of Microsoft 365.
