Support classroom instruction by delivering English Language Development and guided reading, assist small groups in literacy and math, monitor and report student progress, manage behavior, provide parent interpretation, organize instructional materials, and perform clerical and administrative tasks.

Serve as a high school instructional leader reporting to the Principal: coach and evaluate teachers, lead data-informed instruction and assessments, design professional development, ensure curriculum alignment with California standards, oversee student safety and school operations, and engage families and community to foster an inclusive, achievement-focused school culture.
