Own and grow a portfolio of major Service Maintenance and Repair customer relationships. Lead contract, pricing, profitability, negotiation and KPI performance activities; protect retention and identify revenue and share-of-wallet opportunities. Coordinate internal teams, manage service delivery and contractual obligations, develop commercial solutions, and present proposals to senior stakeholders up to Board and Managing Director level.

Lead senior-level contract, pricing, profitability, KPI, and commercial negotiations while driving retention, service delivery, product development, and revenue growth. Coordinate internal teams, manage customer and partner interfaces, develop proposals and tenders, and present commercial solutions to Board-level stakeholders. The role is field based in southern England and requires strong commercial judgment, relationship management, analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.

Provides independent roadside rescue and vehicle repair services across varied locations. Diagnoses and resolves breakdowns, communicates clearly with customers, and ensures motorists return safely to the road. Requires flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, along with a category B driving licence and NVQ3-level vehicle maintenance and repair qualifications.
