Design, build, and maintain backend systems for healthcare benefits, including enrollments, payments, payroll, benefits management, data models, fund flows, and partner integrations. Improve automation, monitoring, observability, reliability, and scalability while owning production systems. Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to solve complex problems, manage edge cases, and provide technical direction.

Lead GTM analytics across performance measurement, channel economics, data governance, forecasting, planning, and executive reporting. Own metric definitions, data standards, analytical priorities, and business requirements while partnering with Marketing, Data Science, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering. Analyze funnel, attribution, CAC, payback, conversion, retention, pipeline, and territory performance, translating findings into investment recommendations and strategic decisions for senior leadership.

Owns corporate IT systems and access infrastructure in a Mac-first environment. Responsibilities include endpoint compliance, identity and access management, conditional access, privileged access workflows, MFA enrollment, employee onboarding and offboarding, SaaS governance, hardware provisioning, security remediation, documentation, and automation. The role partners with IT and Security leadership to maintain the company’s security posture and scale secure operations.
