Leads mid-market employer implementations from pre-sale planning through launch and handoff to account management. Builds project plans, coordinates enrollment readiness, manages eligibility data and integrations, trains employers and administrators, develops communication strategies, resolves issues, and collaborates across Sales, Product, Operations, Support, Compliance, and Account Management.

Own payroll deduction reconciliation, review discrepancies, trace errors to root causes, manage escalations, and partner with Engineering to automate manual processes. Build SOPs and audit trails, monitor queue health and reconciliation accuracy, and report risks to Operations and Finance leadership. The role requires strong judgment, analytical ability, financial data expertise, and experience improving reconciliation or control processes in a fast-paced environment.

Own end-to-end KYB/KYC case reviews, including business and beneficial-owner verification. Build runbooks, SOPs, documentation, and exception-handling frameworks; partner with Product and Engineering to improve automation and reduce manual review time. Maintain reporting on case performance and support teammates with complex cases. The role requires compliance judgment, process ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort using multiple operational and data systems.
