Supervises front desk staff (1-5), performs guest service agent duties, trains and schedules personnel, handles cash and reservations, supports sales efforts, and acts for the General Manager in their absence.

Supervise and support front desk staff and operations, perform Guest Service Agent duties, manage scheduling and records, assist General Manager with meetings and duties, handle guest inquiries, and ensure adherence to hotel and franchise standards.

Lead hotel sales efforts by developing marketing plans and sales budgets, training staff, prospecting and cold-calling, analyzing revenue strategy using Star Reports and front office systems, tracking sales data, scheduling appointments, and performing GM duties when needed.
