Supports the eCommerce Manager by maintaining hotel websites and e-commerce platforms, auditing web pages, updating SEO content, assisting with tracking worksheets, improving online advertisements, and completing quality assurance reviews. The role requires accurate documentation, coordination with remote teams, administrative support, and flexible workload management in an office environment.

Assists the Sales Manager with hotel sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, tele-prospecting, event and meeting-room coordination, client follow-up, guest experience management, payment verification, sales data tracking, and maintaining sales plans and budgets.

Drives revenue growth across a cluster of select-service and extended-stay hotels through strategic sales planning, prospecting, account management, lead and RFP response, networking, and sales appointments. Maintains action plans and CRM data, monitors market and competitor trends, analyzes revenue strategies, achieves sales-call goals, and collaborates with hotel and regional leadership to optimize business across properties.
