Clean guest rooms and public areas, stock housekeeping carts, perform carpet cleaning and property walks, identify minor maintenance issues, fulfill guest requests and cover housekeeping shifts. Maintain brand/company cleaning standards and complete tasks per assigned procedures.

Provide short- and mid-term on-property sales coverage for assigned hotels across California. Drive proactive outreach, manage accounts, respond to leads/RFPs, rebuild pipelines during staffing gaps, and collaborate with property and regional leadership. Travel regularly, including overnight stays.

Manage day-to-day hotel operations including supervising front desk, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance; handle guest complaints; ensure compliance with policies; train staff; assist General Manager with wage surveys, hiring, and operations; maintain inventory and maintenance logs.
