Provides hands-on support to patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and daily activities. Measures and records vital signs, monitors patient condition, reports changes to nurses, and maintains clean, safe, well-stocked patient rooms. Requires empathy, patience, communication skills, physical stamina, and completion of an approved nursing assistant training program with valid certification or licensure.

Manages daily accounting and finance operations, including financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, closing activities, audits, statutory compliance, transaction reviews, management reporting, and coordination with branches. Identifies discrepancies, maintains accurate financial records, and supports the Finance Manager with analysis and other finance-related tasks.

Leads the HR function by developing people strategies, policies, compliance practices, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. Partners with senior leadership on organizational development and workplace culture while managing and mentoring the HR team and monitoring HR metrics.
