Leads the recruitment function, manages and coaches the recruitment team, develops sourcing strategies, and oversees healthcare and clinical hiring across multiple centres. The role manages recruitment pipelines, stakeholder coordination, reporting, KPIs, vacancy closure, candidate evaluation, offers, and onboarding processes. It requires strong healthcare recruitment knowledge, analytical reporting ability, team leadership, and proficiency with spreadsheets and recruitment MIS.

Maintains daily accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, invoices, vouchers, and payment records. Reconciles bank statements, tracks cash and expenses, supports monthly financial reporting and budgeting, assists with statutory compliance, coordinates documentation, maintains organized financial files, and provides records for internal and external audits.

Maintains daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Handles cash and banking transactions, reconciles accounts, monitors payables and receivables, verifies payment documentation, and assists with monthly reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. Ensures compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements, maintains audit records, and coordinates financial matters with branch and head offices.
