Teams at Thalpos

Owns operational execution after partner agreements are signed, including onboarding, service levels, KPI reporting, invoicing, compliance, licensure tracking, vendor management, and back-office processes. The role will build operational playbooks from scratch, support the consumer product and paid acquisition, and ensure partner and family service delivery meets targets. It is based primarily in the Mountain View office and can grow into a Head of Operations, VP, or COO role.
