Manages federal sales opportunities and strategic DHS accounts across the full sales lifecycle, from qualification and solution positioning through negotiation, contracting, and award. Develops account and capture plans, sells biometric and digital identity solutions, leads complex federal pursuits, coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains forecasts and CRM data, and grows revenue through account expansion and new customer acquisition.

Act as an HSE partner in an industrial process and production environment. Manage RI&E activities and action plans, assess hazardous-substance exposure, conduct workplace inspections, toolbox talks, and task risk assessments, monitor environmental aspects, and support incident investigations. Serve as the first point of contact for HSE matters while advising departments, driving corrective actions, and strengthening the organization’s safety culture.

Designs and develops EMC-related hardware solutions for space systems. Responsibilities include analyzing technical needs, conducting studies and simulations, defining functions and requirements, creating specifications and architectures, identifying and resolving development issues, and documenting technical findings. The role requires multidisciplinary collaboration, rigorous problem-solving, and management of multiple projects.
