Leads bids and program management processes across a global business unit. Acts as process owner, subject matter expert, coach, and corporate liaison; drives process harmonization, continuous improvement, assessments, business reviews, IPMA certification activities, and deployment of tools and capabilities. Requires strong expertise in scheduling, risk management, financial management, program structuring, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional change leadership.

Lead mechanical design and development for weapon, missile, and platform systems within Thales Integrated Airspace Systems. Deliver detailed designs, engineering analyses, simulations, documentation, configuration management, and manufacturable solutions. Drive technical decisions, engineering change activities, product lifecycle integrity, and delivery against cost and schedule targets. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across multidisciplinary defence engineering teams.

Owns system-level product vision, roadmap alignment, backlog prioritization, requirements decomposition, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery oversight. Supports engineering teams through Agile ceremonies, technical clarification, architectural alignment, risk management, and quality assurance. Monitors budgets, Earned Value Management indicators, delivery KPIs, scope, cost, and schedule performance while coordinating with product stakeholders and engineering leadership.
