Leads software-centric UTM/ATM projects from requirements definition through delivery and deployment. Acts as the primary project and customer interface, aligns solutions with product architecture and roadmaps, manages requirements, risks, opportunities, stakeholder expectations, progress reporting, and peer reviews. The role supports bids and project capture while coordinating diverse international stakeholders in a multicultural environment and applying product-driven, cloud-based SaaS, Lean, and Agile engineering practices.

Designs and establishes electronic warfare system and solution architectures, balancing stakeholder needs, technical solutions, cost, risk, and schedule. Manages requirements allocation, performance evaluation, interfaces, technical negotiations, and architecture documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborates with engineering, procurement, production, project delivery, and customer teams to develop EW products including radar electronic support measures and countermeasures. Requires substantial systems architecture experience and expertise in EW, radar, RF systems, DSP, and system design.

Lead embedded software development for avionics flight display systems using C and Embedded C. Responsibilities include requirements capture, architecture, design, coding, verification, debugging, peer reviews, testing, regression, and quality delivery under DO-178B/C standards. The role requires expertise in RTOS, scheduling, memory usage, avionics protocols, testing tools, configuration management, and Agile software development.
