Support the Product Line Manager in coordinating the project-product interface for a large international software development program. The role aligns customer requirements with product roadmaps, manages product funding, schedules, costs, risks, compliance, and architecture evolution. It requires strong software development and architecture knowledge, cost management expertise, product standardization experience, and leadership across complex stakeholder groups. English proficiency is required; French and Air Traffic Control knowledge are beneficial.

Designs and integrates communication and command-and-control systems for space applications. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, defining system specifications and architectures, managing requirements, preparing integration and validation tests, ensuring interface and performance coherence, and demonstrating solutions to customers. The role requires electronic or telecommunications engineering expertise, familiarity with engineering tools and network administration, and the ability to lead engineering activities collaboratively.

Leads Systems Engineering as the organizational discipline head and resource manager. Oversees engineering teams, staffing, budgets, processes, tooling, governance, bids, projects, and product support across the lifecycle. Develops MBSE capabilities, requirements management, technical performance measures, subcontractor activities, metrics, and engineering best practices. Coaches and mentors staff while supporting recruitment, performance management, and succession planning. Requires extensive Systems Engineering management experience, engineering qualifications, occasional travel, and eligibility for Canadian NATO Secret clearance and controlled-information access.
