Leads multi-site food and beverage operations across owned and client-managed venues. Responsibilities include revenue growth, budget and P&L control, operational standards, compliance, client relationships, people leadership, consultancy support, new openings, and post-opening stabilization. The role reviews site plans, forecasts, staffing, inventory, audits, and performance reports; develops commercial initiatives; manages risks and corrective actions; and maintains frequent presence across venue and project locations.

Leads the complete bid and proposal lifecycle, including RFP analysis, win strategy, technical and commercial response development, compliance, pricing coordination, executive presentations, and final submission. The role coordinates senior leaders, subject-matter experts, finance, legal, and external partners while ensuring submissions are persuasive, visually polished, accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. It also manages bid governance, handovers, lessons learned, content libraries, and continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Leads the full lifecycle of complex technical bids, tenders, proposals, and client pitches. Develops submission strategies, win themes, narratives, methodologies, compliance matrices, commercial responses, and executive presentations. Coordinates multidisciplinary contributors, finance, legal, leadership, and external partners while managing deadlines, governance, quality, risk, and final submission. Oversees handover, lessons learned, content libraries, and continuous improvement of bid processes. The role requires strong writing, editing, commercial judgment, project management, visual storytelling, and advanced presentation skills.
