Coordinates RFPs, proposals, technical submissions, pitch decks, credentials, and client-facing materials. Gathers information from internal teams, maintains content libraries and opportunity trackers, ensures document accuracy and brand consistency, manages submission deadlines, researches prospects, and supports business development meetings and outreach. Requires strong presentation design, proofreading, organization, stakeholder coordination, and Arabic-English communication skills.

Supports creative teams by developing presentation and proposal templates, writing and editing hospitality-focused copy, formatting documents, sourcing imagery, translating content into Arabic, and maintaining brand consistency. The role also assists with moodboards, supplier briefs, OS&E specifications, proofreading, concept development, and administrative coordination across branding, design, advisory, and business development teams.

Leads the full lifecycle of complex technical bids, tenders, proposals, and client pitches. Develops submission strategies, win themes, narratives, methodologies, compliance matrices, commercial responses, and executive presentations. Coordinates multidisciplinary contributors, finance, legal, leadership, and external partners while managing deadlines, governance, quality, risk, and final submission. Oversees handover, lessons learned, content libraries, and continuous improvement of bid processes. The role requires strong writing, editing, commercial judgment, project management, visual storytelling, and advanced presentation skills.
