Processes monthly sales commissions, maintains financial records in ERP systems, manages Excel spreadsheets for lease returns and inventory, prepares leasing billing documents, and supports cross-functional finance projects. The role collaborates with sales, leasing, contracts, and order processing teams while handling sensitive commission information and completing administrative finance tasks.

Maintain and obtain technical certifications for MFP/printer hardware and tiered solutions; provide sales and technical support; run solutions lab R&D and software testing; maintain lab/showroom; build custom demos and POCs; install/configure solutions; deliver customer training and Tier 2/3 help desk support.

Manage and improve data processes, build and maintain Power BI reports and SQL Server datasets, monitor KPIs, develop SOPs, support stakeholders with analytics and training, and lead ad-hoc profitability and service-metric analyses to drive operational efficiency.
