Manages daily front-of-house restaurant operations, including team supervision, scheduling, hiring, training, guest service, POS approvals, financial reconciliation, inventory ordering, compliance, sanitation, and opening and closing procedures. Resolves guest and staff concerns, supports team development, leads service meetings, and ensures efficient, profitable venue operations in a high-volume hospitality environment.

Manages inventory, purchasing, receiving, stocking, and supply pars for a high-volume hospitality venue. Coordinates front-of-house supply orders, delivery compliance, equipment replacement, sanitation standards, and heart-of-house operations. Supports hiring, scheduling, training, team development, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Requires at least one year of culinary purchasing or equivalent hospitality experience, with physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work extended or irregular shifts.

Provides physical security and protection for nightclub guests, employees, and property. Maintains crowd control, monitors suspicious activity, prevents theft and altercations, responds to emergencies, administers first aid, communicates with management and authorities, and assists guests. The role requires professionalism, composure, strong communication, physical mobility, and availability for irregular evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts.
