Monitor and remotely or on-site manage clinical study sites per GCP/ICH and sponsor SOPs. Verify consent, source data, CRFs, IP accountability, eTMF/ISF upkeep, report findings, update CTMS, support audits, and manage supplies. Travel frequently to sites and collaborate within project teams.

Oversee ophthalmology clinical trial operations across countries, manage CRAs, ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs, supervise site quality and monitoring, develop monitoring and site training plans, review CTMS and TMF documentation, support recruitment and escalation management, and contribute to study reporting, forecasting, and business development activities.

Act as the local sponsor representative to build investigator relationships, support site selection and start-up, drive enrollment and site engagement, perform oversight and initiation visits, coordinate with CRO teams, and engage KOLs and patient groups to meet trial targets.
