Oversee hotel accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, compliance, audits, and internal controls. Lead and develop the finance team, ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards and corporate policies, monitor hotel revenues and costs, and provide financial updates and analysis to hotel leadership and the Cluster Financial Controller.

Receives, inspects, stores, distributes, and inventories hotel food, beverages, supplies, materials, and equipment. Maintains stock records, processes supplier invoices, prepares requisitions, monitors purchase orders, and supports inventory reporting. Supervises or performs loading, unloading, packing, weighing, and material handling while maintaining orderly storage facilities and HACCP-compliant practices. Requires at least two years of receiving or stores experience in a five-star hotel, purchasing system knowledge, English communication skills, and MS Office proficiency.

Supports marketing, brand, communications, member engagement, and revenue-generating initiatives for a luxury private members’ club. Responsibilities include campaign coordination, digital channel management, content creation, social media, event promotion, partnerships, supplier coordination, performance reporting, marketing administration, and cross-department collaboration. The role requires strong marketing, communication, organization, luxury branding, and digital marketing skills.
