Analyze credit portfolio performance, payment behavior, delinquency, profitability, and pre-collection strategies. Build SQL datasets and recurring reports, evaluate initiatives, identify risks, and provide commercially relevant recommendations. Support portfolio sales and forward-flow transactions through segmentation, data-tape preparation, cash-flow and pricing analysis, due diligence, and post-sale monitoring. Collaborate with credit risk, collections, finance, commercial, data, country teams, and external partners while ensuring data quality and clear documentation.

Develop SQL analyses, reporting, segmentation, pricing, cash-flow, and data-quality processes. Identify risks and opportunities, evaluate initiatives, support portfolio sales and forward-flow transactions, and communicate commercially relevant recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Provide senior legal support on MiFID II regulation, licensing, governance, policies, customer documentation, and related contracts. Advise on products, consumer credit, data privacy, and banking regulation; negotiate agreements with partners and service providers; support contract lifecycle management; collaborate across European legal teams; and promote legal and regulatory awareness through training and daily guidance.
