Leads nursing care for residents by directing aides, administering medications and treatments, implementing care plans, transcribing physician orders, documenting care, conducting assessments, coordinating shift reports, educating staff, maintaining safety standards, and addressing staffing needs. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong clinical and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, emergency responsiveness, and attention to detail.
