Software Development Intern will evaluate AI models for bulk legacy-code updates, measure human rework, and produce a final report. The intern will also support software development activities, including stand-ups, assignments, development, testing, sign-off, and UI/UX improvements using CSS and JavaScript. Some backend or database work may be introduced. The internship runs 28 hours per week during the summer and includes collaboration with project managers and business analysts.

Supports workstation refreshes, including building systems, applying updates, and migrating users. Evaluates Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and prepares a feasibility and cost-benefit report. Assists with onboarding, offboarding, workstation builds, and helpdesk duties. Participates in community service and presents internship outcomes to senior management.

Complete major and smaller graphic design projects, support day-to-day financial institution operations, attend select management and board meetings, participate in a tailored professional development program, and contribute to community service initiatives. The internship runs May 20 through July 30, 2027, for approximately 28 hours per week.
