Reviews applications, requests documentation, manages loan pipelines, coordinates processing through funding, runs automated underwriting systems, resolves loan conditions, prepares disclosures, and supports compliance. The role also communicates with borrowers and referral partners while helping ensure accurate, timely mortgage processing and a high-quality member experience.
