Responsibilities include running ads, creating AI videos, building websites, automations, dashboards, and internal tools, screening candidates, managing tasks, and experimenting with AI workflows. The role emphasizes autonomy, rapid learning, organization, adaptability, and producing real work using AI-first tools.

Audit backend services, APIs, databases, queues, and data flows for scalability and reliability issues. Identify bottlenecks, document findings, and implement production fixes including code refactoring, schema redesign, caching, indexing, query optimization, and service restructuring. Partner with engineers through pairing, reviews, and handoffs. Conduct performance and load testing while improving system latency, resilience, and infrastructure efficiency.

Audit infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring, alerting, incident response, on-call practices, and internal tools. Produce actionable audit reports, implement code and configuration fixes, improve SLOs and reliability practices, advise on scalable architecture, and partner with engineers on implementation and handoff. The role is a fully remote, part-time consulting engagement with potential for full-time conversion.
