Teams at Texas Sports Academy

Provides onsite Tier 2 IT support for staff, coaches, students, and families. Responsibilities include resolving escalated issues, troubleshooting macOS and Apple hardware, configuring remote devices, diagnosing home and small-office networks, managing hardware assets, and maintaining technical documentation. The role requires strong customer service, methodical troubleshooting, and hands-on IT experience, with preferred experience in MSP environments, Apple MDM, ticketing systems, certifications, or education settings.

The Community Manager will manage and grow the Texas Sports Academy community, plan events, engage families, and coordinate logistics while maintaining communications and a community calendar.

Own and grow the Texas Sports Academy family community through daily engagement, communications, virtual and in-person events, speaker coordination, member support, and a rolling events calendar to keep families connected.
