Deliver Compass 100 Hybrid and Thinking for a Change curricula to incarcerated individuals via cell-front and small-group instruction; administer and interpret assessments; facilitate employability, life skills, pre-release employer connections; track and report attendance, enrollments, completions, and maintain service documentation.

Provide career development and reentry services in a correctional setting: deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program, administer assessments, document services, report attendance/enrollments, support pre-release planning and hiring events, and assist employment navigators with interviews and job-readiness activities.

Part-time mentor for Tallahassee State College's FPCTP supporting students with intellectual disabilities. Serve as a positive role model, assist with academic, social, personal, and career development, help students navigate college responsibilities, report to the Program Coordinator, and follow CRLA peer educator standards. Up to 25 hours per week.
