Plan, develop, organize, and implement Rebuild Florida grant components. Coordinate outreach to employers and community partners, enroll participants in Workday and state systems, ensure paperwork and reporting compliance, track grant deliverables, assist curriculum development, and run outreach and marketing campaigns to recruit candidates.

Design and develop online and hybrid courses by collaborating with faculty to create learning objects, multimedia, and accessible instructional materials. Conduct needs analysis, facilitate faculty training and workshops, manage distance learning projects, evaluate and pilot instructional technologies, and contribute to college committees supporting online education quality and pedagogy.

Grant-funded TSRP role supporting prosecutors and law enforcement in impaired-driving prosecution. Duties include developing and delivering DUI training, drafting grant/budget reports, providing legal and in-court technical assistance, maintaining TSRP resources/website, coordinating with FDOT/TSC and national traffic-safety organizations, and statewide travel to support State Attorney offices.
