Provide employability and life-skills instruction (Compass 100 Hybrid, Thinking for a Change) to incarcerated participants via cell-front and small-group settings. Administer and interpret assessments, facilitate pre-release employer and community connections, support job search/recruitment/placement activities, and maintain departmental attendance, enrollment, and completion records in approved formats.

Part-time mentor for Tallahassee State College's FPCTP supporting students with intellectual disabilities. Serve as a positive role model, assist with academic, social, personal, and career development, help students navigate college responsibilities, report to the Program Coordinator, and follow CRLA peer educator standards. Up to 25 hours per week.

Provide career development and reentry services in a correctional setting: deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program, administer assessments, document services, report attendance/enrollments, support pre-release planning and hiring events, and assist employment navigators with interviews and job-readiness activities.
