Provide employability and life-skills instruction (Compass 100 Hybrid, Thinking for a Change) to incarcerated participants via cell-front and small-group settings. Administer and interpret assessments, facilitate pre-release employer and community connections, support job search/recruitment/placement activities, and maintain departmental attendance, enrollment, and completion records in approved formats.

Part-time mentor for Tallahassee State College's FPCTP supporting students with intellectual disabilities. Serve as a positive role model, assist with academic, social, personal, and career development, help students navigate college responsibilities, report to the Program Coordinator, and follow CRLA peer educator standards. Up to 25 hours per week.

Coordinate statewide juvenile delinquency prevention activities in the Pinellas County area. Conduct on-site visits, provide technical assistance, resolve provider deficiencies, deliver training and outreach, compile monthly and quarterly reports, evaluate outcome data, and advise management on programmatic and operational issues. Position requires community engagement and occasional evening and weekend work.
