Provides administrative, legal, and case support to attorneys, paralegals, and program staff. Duties include client intake, bilingual English-Spanish interpretation and translation, document preparation, file and database maintenance, scheduling, deadline tracking, basic investigations, notarization, communications with courts and clients, reporting, office supply coordination, and general office operations. The position is in person, may require occasional evening or community-event attendance, and includes occasional travel.

The position is in person and may require occasional evening work, community events, and travel.

Manage assigned legal-aid caseloads under attorney supervision, including client intake, interviews, fact investigation, evidence gathering, legal document preparation, hearing support, deadline tracking, and client communication. Provide legal education, referrals, translation and interpretation services, maintain accurate case files, and participate in community outreach. The role serves low-income clients in administrative and judicial proceedings across multiple civil practice areas.
