Selects, specifies, designs, tests, and supports maintenance of industrial valves and actuators for piping systems. Reviews P&IDs, datasheets, materials, and project specifications; coordinates with vendors; supports inspections, FAT, SAT, pressure testing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Ensures compliance with API, ASME, and ISO standards while improving valve performance and reliability through engineering analysis and FEA.

Quotes and closes sales while providing dedicated customer support and maintaining strong customer relationships. Communicates product specifications, availability, pricing, and applications; helps customers identify suitable solutions; manages online inventory and email inquiries; qualifies prospects and advances leads through the sales pipeline; prepares activity reports; and collaborates with support, community management, account management, and business development teams.
