Provides civil legal advice, assistance, and representation to eligible clients, primarily involving senior citizens, Medicare, Medicaid, housing, and public benefits. Responsibilities include client intake, legal analysis, advocacy, hearings, trials, appeals, outreach clinics, case documentation, and grant compliance. The role requires trauma-informed service, strong communication, Texas bar licensure, travel to designated counties, and three days per week in Cedar Park.

Provides executive and board support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, correspondence, travel coordination, meeting preparation, minutes, confidential communications, and records management. Coordinates senior leadership activities, manages special projects, improves administrative workflows, liaises with internal and external stakeholders, and supervises or supports staff. Requires discretion, strong organization, communication, judgment, project management, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Oversee and administer a Crime Victims Program team while maintaining a personal caseload. Provide trauma-informed legal advice, litigation, advocacy, referrals, and representation for crime victims. Recruit, supervise, train, and mentor staff; ensure grant compliance and reporting; develop partnerships; coordinate outreach; and deliver statewide training to legal and social-service professionals. Frequent travel outside Austin, including occasional overnight stays, may be required.
