Provides clerical and administrative support through correspondence, filing, mail handling, scheduling, report generation, data entry, referrals, meeting notes, expense reporting, and record tracking. Maintains confidential personnel and client information, supports case management staff and directors, communicates with clients and partners, uploads documentation, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and licensing requirements. Requires flexibility for travel and child placement shifts.

Directs quality assurance and compliance for a child welfare provider network. Oversees audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, regulatory inquiries, policies, data stewardship, documentation standards, and compliance tracking. Supervises compliance personnel, supports budgeting, coordinates with Texas DFPS and external stakeholders, and promotes continuous improvement, ethical data use, and regulatory accountability across programs and service providers.

Supports marketing and communications by creating and distributing digital, print, promotional, email, website, and social media content. Maintains communication channels and marketing materials, coordinates fundraising and event support with donors and vendors, writes organizational impact stories, and provides basic photography, design, and project assistance. Monitors website, email, and social media performance and prepares basic reports. Requires collaboration across departments and approximately 10% travel to locations and event sites.
