Seasonal event staff support green-event operations, including loading and unloading equipment, event setup and breakdown, monitoring trash, maintaining cleanliness, managing compost processes, maintaining equipment, and responding to customer requests. Workers must be available for weekends and flexible event schedules, travel within Central Texas, work independently, and have reliable transportation.

Retains and expands sales for assigned residential, commercial, and construction programs through inbound and outbound calling. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing sales, meeting revenue goals, preparing proposals and contracts, managing customer account documentation, entering CRM data, auditing service agreements, and serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments.

Performs tire changes, repairs, rotations, wheel torque procedures, fleet checks, tire usage tracking, inventory, and repair documentation under close supervision. Maintains service truck readiness, responds to offsite or route service calls, follows safety procedures, and may drive vehicles up to 26,000 pounds GVW.
